Ex-Toyota operational rigor
Navana taught me that growth isn't one big launch — it's a hundred one-percent improvements that stack. I still scope like someone who watched $40M depend on a workflow.
About
A developer who became a product leader — and never stopped building. This is the full arc: TechCare templates, Toyota rigor, Ether scale, and Chromatics AI.
Origin
My product journey started where most PM portfolios don't: in the code. At TechCare, I shipped 120+ responsive web templates that reached 863K+ downloads — learning early that adoption at scale beats feature count.
Navana turned that builder instinct into operational rigor. I built smart vehicle tracking, maintenance management, and service-queue automation for Toyota — saving $40M — plus Gloria Jean's apps, Neoshift POS in 1,000+ restaurants, and Navbot.
At Ether Technologies, I owned eight products spanning infrastructure, commerce, healthcare, and AI — including AssetIQ, which drove 264% revenue growth. Today at Chromatics AI, I'm building Kaizen, Anne, and Pico from problem to revenue.
Philosophy
A roadmap is easy to fill and easy to hide behind. The only question that matters is harder: did the business get bigger, faster, or leaner because this shipped? I start at the outcome and work backward — I can name the number a feature is meant to move before we build it.
01
I locate where growth is trapped: a manual process bleeding cost, a stockout bleeding sales, a market nobody serves. I size the prize before a line of code is written.
02
I turn it into product: AI where it earns its keep, automation where work repeats, ruthless scope where it doesn't. Shipped fast, measured honestly.
03
Toyota taught me growth isn't one big launch; it's a hundred one-percent improvements that stack. I build systems that keep paying off long after the release note.
Differentiators
Navana taught me that growth isn't one big launch — it's a hundred one-percent improvements that stack. I still scope like someone who watched $40M depend on a workflow.
Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka — grounding product bets in market sizing, unit economics, and the numbers leadership actually tracks.
I can read the code, ship faster, and earn engineering trust. My journey began as a frontend developer; I still add value in roadmap reviews and code reviews.
Constraints become product advantage: offline-first ordering, POS built for busy restaurant floors, inventory truth when connectivity is flaky. I ship for real conditions, not Silicon Valley defaults.

Atiq Israk is a product leader who turns AI and operational rigor into measurable business growth. His journey began as a frontend developer shipping 863K+ template downloads; today he's ex-Toyota (Navana), IBA-trained, and 15+ products deep across B2B and B2C. At Navana, he saved $40M automating Toyota workflows and scaled Neoshift POS to 1,000+ restaurants. At Ether Technologies, he led AssetIQ — RFID + AI inventory that drove 264% revenue growth — plus Sumo, Mave, Luca, and more. Now at Chromatics AI, he builds Kaizen, Anne, and Pico from problem to revenue. He's known for outcome-first scope, builder-PM credibility, and an emerging-markets lens that turns constraints into product advantage.
Atiq Israk is a product leader and AI builder based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He doesn't manage roadmaps — he manages outcomes. His journey began as a frontend developer at TechCare, where 120+ responsive templates reached 863K+ global downloads. That builder foundation still shows: he's the PM who can add value in a roadmap review and a code review. At Navana — Toyota's authorized distributor — he built smart vehicle tracking, maintenance management, and service-queue automation that saved $40M. He also led Gloria Jean's Coffees apps, Neoshift POS (1,000+ restaurants), and Navbot conversational AI. At Ether Technologies, he shipped eight products spanning infrastructure, commerce, healthcare, and AI: Mave (MACH CMS), Luca (CDN), Mave LMS, Rango (DAM), Sumo (smart-restaurant IoT), AssetIQ (264% revenue growth, 99.4% inventory accuracy), Aranya e-commerce, and UHL hospital management. Today at Chromatics AI, he owns Kaizen, Anne, and Pico — AI products built for real businesses, not demos. IBA-trained with Toyota operational rigor, Atiq brings an emerging-markets lens: offline-first flows, POS for busy lines, inventory truth when connectivity fails. He's open to product leadership roles building AI products with outcomes you can count in dollars.

Kind words
“Atiq has a rare instinct for the one thing that matters. He'll cut a bloated scope in half and somehow the numbers go up. He thinks like an owner, not a feature manager.”
“He's the only PM I've worked with who could add real value in a roadmap review and a code review. He brings the problem, not a dictated solution — which is exactly why the team shipped faster with him.”
